Hāuaua Town

A town on the island's eastern shore. Many of the buildings have long, extending patios that cover much of the paths and streets, keeping passers-by dry if need be, due to the excessive rain the island receives.

Along Palpia's northern stretch is a forest. Due to the island's almost perpetual rain, the forest has become adapted with large rain catcher leaves and plenty of water and grass Pokémon.

Palpia Island's southern area is a steady slope, resulting in a shallow flood moving downwards and into the sea. This is a dangerous area, marked as so by many signs, as the floods lead over a cliff and into the ocean's rocky shore.
